How to Create a Zip File

Zip files contain one or more files that are compressed to reduce their size.

Follow These Step-by-Step instructions:

1. Select all files or folders you will like to compress into one folder. 2. Right Click and select "Send to" and then select "Compressed (Zip) Folder".

3. Zip files will have the extension .zip
