follow up Email and in general I gave A to all but one phase. I ordered 3 black
inks with exp date of 12/03. The number was EPI-9189. The cartridge would not
work. It was all dried out. The second one was just fine. It would be nice to
get a refund on the dried out one but It was probably not InkTec's
responsibility. I tossed the wrapper so I don't know if there was a pinhole or
packaging defect. I will continue to shop here but be careful. Check your
cartridge wrap very carefully before opening.

problem with my Lexmark X83 Printer, when I REFILL the color, the Printer does
