money-back guarantee. If you are not happy for any reason, we will
replace the product or refund your money according to the following
policy.
WARRANTY Items may be returned for a refund up to 90
days from the purchase date for both products purchased at the retail store and products
shipped to the customer. If the item is defective, we will replace the item within three years of
the original purchase date. OEM Returns Customers who
have purchased Canon, Epson, or Xerox original equipment manufacturer
products from InkSell.com will need to contact the manufacturer for
refund or replacement procedures. These manufacturers currently do not
honor returns from vendors.
All other OEM products are backed by
a 30-day money-back / replacement guarantee. After 30 days, all
customers who have purchased original equipment manufacturer cartridges
(OEM) from InkSell.com must contact the specific manufacturer (for
example Hewlett Packard) to obtain return merchandise authorization and
procedures.
Refill Service Returns (Retail stores only)
Cartridges that have been refilled by InkSell.com through the in-store
“Ink Cartridge Refilling Service may be returned for re-service or
refund (see exclusions below). To receive a refund, the refilled
cartridge must be returned to the store at which time it becomes the
sole property of InkSell.com and will be disposed of properly at the
discretion of InkSell.com. No exchanges are offered on cartridges
filled through InkSell's refill service.
Defective Items
We will replace defective items within three years of the original purchase
date (OEM excluded).
Store Credit If a store credit is issued
according to the policy above, the credit is only valid for one year
from the date of issue.
Exclusions The following
limitations apply:
- Physical damage voids the warranty.
- Depletion of ink is not covered.
- The warranty applies only to supplies
and not to the printer used with the supplies.
- Please use caution when refilling or
replacing cartridges. InkSell.com will not be responsible for damage to
clothing or household items due to ink spillage.
InkSell.com reserves the right
to modify the terms and conditions of this warranty as needed. Returns
will be processed according to the warranty currently in effect.

Track your Order in Real-Time
After you finish your on-line order,
you will receive an e-mail from InkSell.com confirming your order and
showing the ordered items plus payment and shipping method information.
When we send your order out, you
will receive another e-mail confirming
shipment. If you chose 2-day or overnight delivery, the e-mail will also
include the
package-tracking number. Once the carrier has picked up the shipment,
you can find the exact location of the package by clicking the
package-tracking number link on the shipping confirmation e-mail.
Lost Shipments

Returning your product is easy!
Returns Without RMA
A proper RMA number is needed to make returns so please contact us before sending products back. For assistance, call 1-800-255-0483 or contact us at
Customer Service. Shipping an item back to InkSell.com is free if the item is defective, or if we sent the wrong item.
RMA Procedure
- Call 1-800-255-0483 or fill out aCustomerService Request Form.
- We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number
(RMA).
- Complete the
RMA
form. If you need another
RMA
form, you can print one from our web site.

- Pack items securely. Put open cartridges or refill kits in a resealable plastic bag to prevent ink leakage. Write your name and the RMA number on the
RMA form, located on your left, and attach to the outside of the package.
- We recommend using carriers like UPS or FedEx because they provide tracking numbers. If you send the package through US mail, please use the Delivery Confirmation service. Customers are responsible for the secure return of merchandise and for return shipping charges. InkSell will not be responsible for packages lost by the carrier. InkSell will pay for shipping of replacement merchandise.
- Once we receive your package, we will ship replacements within one to two days. Refunds require up to one week to process.
- We will not notify you when a credit is issued to your account, so please check your credit card statement for confirmation.
RMA Expiration
Return merchandise as soon as possible. Unused RMA numbers are voided after 20 days.
