Order no.: 340806 Date: 1/8/2005 4:35:25 AM Rating: Good Comments: The merchant is in a tough business, supplying refills for ink cartridges, etc. The printer manufacturers make it as difficult as possible for the individual consumer to refill cartridges in order to beat the gouging done by the manufacturers. This merchant, Inksell, and its competitors have to provide refill instructions for every printer made by every manufacturer. The instruction manuals or user guides are put together as cheaply as possible because doing them right or well would cost so much they couldnt make enough profit to stay in business. So, I understand their problem. I bought Inksell supplies for a Lexmark printer. It is nearly impossible to refill my cartridges. I was only able to do it because I had an Inksell competitors guide. With two helping manuals, I was able to make the right assumptions on what had to be done. I had the patience to do it; most folks wont. If I were in their business, I would give LOUD warnings that Lexmarks are extremely difficult to refill. As a consumer, Ill never buy another Lexmark printer. They win; I concede. All things considered, Inksell did the best that they could. I didnt really get to put them to a test.
