After installing the cartridges, go to the “Maintenance” section of the printer solution center and carry out “Clean to fix horizontal streaks” a couple of times.

While printing the alignment page, if you see the pop-up “Automatic Alignment Problem- the printer could not be automatically aligned. If the page printed blank or with missing patterns, the protective tape may be still on the print cartridge.” Please click Close. The alignment page will be printed and the printer is ready to print.

You may see the pop-up, “Out of Original Lexmark Ink. If you believe you purchased a new genuine Lexmark cartridge…” Please click Learn More and check the box “Do not show this message again for this cartridge”. With every print job you will see the pop-up “Reserve Tank”. Please click Continue Printing.
