Go to “Service Tool” section of the printer properties and carry out “Cleaning Cartridges” a couple of times.

When you see the message, “The original HP Ink in the Black/Color Print Cartridge has been depleted….”, please click OK one time.

When you see the message, “The ink level indicator and low on ink warning features will not be available because the ink level is unknown.” please click OK one time.
