After installing the cartridges go to the “Maintenance” section of the printer properties and carry out Deep Cleaning one time.

You may see the pop-up, “The following ink may have run out of Black/Color. The function for detecting the remaining ink level will be disabled since the ink level cannot be detected…”

You have to press the Start Button on the printer panel (Black or color whichever is blinking on the ink indicator lights).
