Merchandise Return Procedure

  1. All returns are required to have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before the merchandise may be sent back. To get an RMA number, please send us an e-mail at help@inksell.com with your order number (which is printed on the top left side of your invoice) and the reason for the return. We will reply within 24 hours with an RMA number. Here are some common reasons for returns.

    Defective - Product was defective or damaged when it arrived.
    Shipping delay - I didn't receive the shipment in the expected time.
    Wrong item delivered - I didn't receive the same item that I ordered.
    Wrong order - I ordered the wrong item.
    Not needed - I do not need that model cartridge anymore because I replaced my printer.
    Unsatisfactory - The performance or quality of the product is not up to my expectations.

  2. Print out the Shipping label: You can print our shipping label here. Please write the RMA number in the space provided on the label. When shipping your order back, make sure the ink does not leak. We recommend putting all the opened merchandise into a zip-lock bag.

  3. Ship to us. We will send you the confirmation as soon as we get the merchandise back.

  4. Refund: We will credit your account within seven days from the time that we receive the merchandise back.
