If you are not satisfied with any of our products, for any reason, you may return the OPENED and / or even USED cartridges or kits to us WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE FOR A FREE REPLACEMENT OR FULL REFUND. No re-stocking fees apply. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returning merchandise for dissatisfaction is limited to one complete set of products per customer (one black and one color ink refill or cartridge).

For defective items, you may return them for replacement WITHIN ONE YEAR OF PURCHASE. Shipping of the replacement is FREE.
