The only small complaint that I have with them is, like any retailer, once they have your email address, they periodically (once every month or so) send email coupons, etc. In this respect, they are nowhere near as bad as most online retailers, but I could live fine without spam, thank you; post the coupons conspicuously on your website and dont bother emailing them.
