How to Free Space on Your Hard Disk

Use this tool to help with your computer's performance. You can clear temporary Internet files, programs that you no longer use, Windows temporary files, ect.

Follow These Step-by-Step instructions:

1. Start > All Programs>Accessories>System Tools and click on Disk Cleanup.

2. The Disk Cleanup box will appear, it will take a few minutes for it to calculate the amount of space that will be able to clean.

3. Once it is done the Disk Cleanup dialog box will tell you what files can be deleted. Go through the Files to delete list and uncheck any files you don't want deleted.

4. Once you cleared the files you want to keep, click OK. When asked to confirm, click Yes.
