I did have one problem with a poorly remanufactured ink cartridge but had no problems returning it for a replacement cartridge. This last order (for two remanufactured cartridges) was delivered to my neighbors door and was there for at least 24 hours in 10o weather. I called inksell about this and was told to let the cartridges thaw out. I havent used either cartridge yet so cant rate the performance.
