Every thing was great except the irections of how to use the product.Everything was in about three languages which was fine except for the colors and it did not tell me what color to put in each opening.There are three different colors and three places to put the ink but it showed on the drawing going in one place and did not tell the colors in English.Everything elelse was fine.I am just unable to read the different languages.

I was totally please with the speed that I received my order. I placed my order on thursday evening and received it on monday. Also I saved $141.00 on the price I would have paid for 4 ink cartriges for my printer. I only paid $14.95 for the 4 refills that I will get out of this order.
