I was very pleased with the product, especially the movie clip on how to refill my particular ink cartridge which is a Cannon I560 and the special holder to hold the ink cartridge while you fill them. I had some other ink and a syringe and I made a total mess. With the special holder and plugs it made it very easy to do. The first one I over filled and it came out the vent on top and made a little mess on the first one, but after that I was more careful and didnt make a mess.
