Ship directly from store. Refused to take $$ off coupons for order which were given to me previously because of lost cartridge left for refill. Not worth hassle of poor customer service for minimal cost savings. Used to be more cost savings before opened more retail branches

This outfit gives consistently excellent, and fast service. Their prices could be slightly lower, and they might consider offering a return deposit type deal on empty ink cartridges which would have lowered price slightly, helped environment and caused me to give them a 100% rating vs. the ALMOST perfect rating I have given them. I was happy with Inksell.com. I recieved my product late because it was sitting in the U.S. post office for 5 days. The post office did not notify me of my delivery. I called Inksell, they were curtious but it was out of their hands.
