Havent used the product yet, so cant comment on ink quality. Shopping was very easy and product arrived on time as promiced. However, as several other reviewers have indicated, photo paper was not included with my order as advertised. I telephoned Inksell (at their 800 number,) spoke with a polite customer representative about the shortage and received the photo paper via USPS within a week. My recent purchase from InkSell was actually a replacement of cartridges that I had purchased several months earlier, and no longer needed. You see, a large book had fallen off a shelf, and crushed the paper handling component of my printer. It was unrepairable, and had to be replaced. I upgraded the printer, and of course, my spare cartridges were useless in the new printer. I contacted InkSell and told them the situation. They issued me an RMA, and gave me store credit for the unused cartridges. I used the credit to buy spare cartridges for the new printer, and that whole order process went smoothly - order, shipping, delivery was all top-notch. I have not used the new cartridges I got from InkSell (because my printer is still new, and I havent used up the ones that came with it), but I had used several InkSell cartridges in my old printer (before it got crushed). All of those ink cartridges worked flawlessly. I will do business with InkSell again.

I was pleasantly surprised both at the quick delivery after my purchase and the fact that you replaced a color cartridge that I had had for some time and when I mentioned that it did not print the blues, your asked me to send it back and you would replace it or give my money back. The remanufacturered HP tri-color cartridge I ordered from inksell.com was defective. When I called inksell.com I was given instructions on how to return the cartridge. I did this, paying the postage. I received a prompt credit (excluding shipping cost) on my credit card. I recently took advantage of their free shipping offer & ordered another tri-color & black cartridge. I would recommend inksell.com to my associates & friends.

The cartridge didn't work initially and the head had to be cleaned with rubbing alcohol a couple times to get it working. From then on, it worked fine. Customer service by phone was very good to guide me to the solution. I have ordered more cartridges now that I know I can get them working. But my neighbor is not willing to do the extra cleaning, he wants it to work right out of the box.

Being a casualty of the HP Compaq merger I can't get my Ink cartridges from office supply any longer so I tried Inksell because of their very reasonable prices.
