Everything was great except, during shipping, when I received my shipment, the black ink cartridge had leaked inside its bag. When I opened it, it leaked all over my furniture as well as my hands, causing a little mess! After the cleanup it seems to be working ok, however, my daughter states it still is not giving clear printouts. Thanx for the opportunity to feedback this info!

I can't believe the prices! Very good service, and the ink is very bright and smooth...I have paid almost 47.00 for the same Lexmark ink cartridge. Sometimes it was not in stock, frustrating me, having to go somewhere else to find it! Searched the whole web for you! Defective product on the first shipment, they were easy to work with on the replacement, which was a little slower than I hoped, but was still reasonable. Overall a good experience -- if they still have the best price around, I'll probably order from them again next time.
