Have had 3 interactions with inksell and found them to be very professional and efficient. Their promotion for free 2 day shipping was exactly 2 days. There prices for ink cartridges were competive and hope they will continue their promotion longer than 04-20-05. The free 2 day shipping is a real plus. The only concern I had was when I ordered cartridges they failed to send the free color photo sheets which was part of their promotion. When I contacted them to reorder more cartridges I mentioned that I didnt receive the photo paper. They were very apologetic for their error and forwarded the photo paper and received same within 4 days. I feel like Im a Pitchman for inksell but I assure you the services were as previously described. Thank you for your concern.

I have ordered from them once before and was very happy with their printer cartridges. However, I just ordered another set; one black and one color and the black one started out printing very light and then just stopped expelling any ink at all. I sent and email and they did respond right away with suggestions on how to get the cartridge to work, which I appreciated, however, it didnt work and I still dont have a black ink cartridge. I am forced to have to use my color one to send out business letters and explain the poor print quality of my letter. It is very embarrassing. I am sad that this happened as I was initially impressed with the company. If they send me a replacement right away, I may continue to use them again, however, if it happens again, unfortunately, I will have to use another company.

I got my first P C ,a couple of years ago,,and found out quickly,why the Printer was so inexpensive.Having a whole new world open up to me meant I was Printing stacks of information,and Photos,from the www. I bought the generic refill kits,and had to go thru quite a mess to figure out the tricks involved.I finally decided I couldnt keep paying Extortion,to buy new ink ,and the cheap refills only worked so-so,,The (You Get What You Pay For) ,came to mind,and then I found a compromise,,I found Inksell.com.,,All I did was plunk ink in the search,and went with someoneone with free shipping,,I didnt want cheap ink,and the first refills I got turned out to be excellent,,Im on my third order and I have no problems,I havent had any contact with them other than their emails which include the free shipping code,,and thats the way it should be,,I dont like having to email back and forth,asking questions,,Inksell isnt Cheap,and their product isnt either.

I am a repeat InkSell customer. The products purchased both in the current order and in past orders have been of good quality, shipping times have been short, and the prices have been very competitive. Overall I have been very pleased with the quality, service, selection, and other aspects of purchasing printing supplies from InkSell.com. I did have one issue with my most recent purchase. Although InkSell accepts American Express credit cards, I found that the site would not accept American Express private payment numbers. If you are not familiar with private payment numbers they are single use credit card numbers issued on demand via the American Express website. By using a private payment it is not necessary to provide your real credit card number to the vendor and therefore the risk of having an active card number stolen is minimized. Despite my positive experience with InkSell, the fact that they do not accept the American Express private payments may factor into my decision to purchase from them in the future.

Everything got here promptly eventhough one of the two products ordered was wrong. However, customer service was very courteous and prompt in sendeng a return label and a replacement product. I feel confident that the charge to my credit card for the returned item will be credited on time as well. Prices are definately good and I would certainly order from InkSell.com again.

I thought at first that the color cartridge was wrong but having been in the auto parts world I realized they must have found an interchangable part so I tried it. They had and it works fine, however for the lay person they might explain that.
