Have had 3 interactions with inksell and found them to be very professional and efficient. Their promotion for free 2 day shipping was exactly 2 days. There prices for ink cartridges were competive and hope they will continue their promotion longer than 04-20-05. The free 2 day shipping is a real plus. The only concern I had was when I ordered cartridges they failed to send the free color photo sheets which was part of their promotion. When I contacted them to reorder more cartridges I mentioned that I didnt receive the photo paper. They were very apologetic for their error and forwarded the photo paper and received same within 4 days. I feel like Im a Pitchman for inksell but I assure you the services were as previously described. Thank you for your concern.

I live overseas so I expected the ink to come in around 2 weeks or so like everything else I order does. But my ink cartridge came within 5 days, even with 'regular' mail, and I was very impressed! I'll definitely buy from them again.
