However, I just ordered another set; one black and one color and the black one started out printing very light and then just stopped expelling any ink at all. I sent and email and they did respond right away with suggestions on how to get the cartridge to work, which I appreciated, however, it didnt work and I still dont have a black ink cartridge. I am forced to have to use my color one to send out business letters and explain the poor print quality of my letter. It is very embarrassing. I am sad that this happened as I was initially impressed with the company. If they send me a replacement right away, I may continue to use them again, however, if it happens again, unfortunately, I will have to use another company. Although InkSell accepts American Express credit cards, I found that the site would not accept American Express private payment numbers. If you are not familiar with private payment numbers they are single use credit card numbers issued on demand via the American Express website. By using a private payment it is not necessary to provide your real credit card number to the vendor and therefore the risk of having an active card number stolen is minimized. Despite my positive experience with InkSell, the fact that they do not accept the American Express private payments may factor into my decision to purchase from them in the future.
