sorry to take so long to o the rating. I couldnot get the printer to do color after I put in the new color cartridge. I finally uninstalled and reinstalled the 920c and it now prints in color in good shape. Do you think HP has a remanufactured cartridge sensor? Far-fetched, I know, but there are appear to be few limits on what Companies will do for their bottom line. No rating above for customer service, because I did not use.
