According to my husband who purchased from InkSell.com, customer service, shipping and handling plus fees were ALL EXCELLENT...It must be, ESPECIALLY coming from my husband who ALMOST ALL THE TIME does not like ordering online. Ok, I finally decided to try one of those kits to refill your own ink jet cartridges. I have a hard time accepting the fact that the replacement cartridge cost is almost equal to the price of the printer itself! Well, I was so skeptical that I even bought a replacement set in case I could not accomplish the refill successfully. I am NOT good with tools whatsoever. The kit arrived quickly and I followed directions to the nose! Here are the problems I encountered

I was very pleased with the price of replacement ink for the printer. It was cheaper than buying it at a major chain in town.
